- About becoming a Sponsor - Sponsors are selected on a monthly basis. Each month, individuals or groups who are interested in sponsoring the project should send me an email with an offer, or bid, on the amount of money they would like to pay to be the selected sponsor. The individual or group which offers the most money will be able to donate the specified amount after signing an EULA, and will then become the designated sponsor for the next month. A new designated sponsor will be selected each month unless the previous sponsor wins the bid again. This way, it's up to the supporters of the Infinite Galaxies project to decide how much they are able to pay to become a sponsor, as any donation at all is beneficial. Benefits of sponsorship are listed below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - What you get for becoming a sponsor - Sponsor Banner When you sponsor you will be able to have a banner linking to your website/blog/whatever you wish, to be shown both on this website and the bottom of our community forums. The dimensions of the image must be : 800px × 200px History of Sponsors Not only will you get to advertise your site both on our website and forums for a month, but because our appreciation for however much you're able to donate for this sponsorship will last forever, a text link besides your name or your forum name (you can let us know in the email) will be advertised/shown at the bottom of this page even after your banner isn't being shown anymore. Forum Medal If you have an account on the forum, you will also gain a 'sponsors' medal in gratitude to thank you for helping this project, and so everyone gets to know that you are one of the people that supported us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - What do you do to become a sponsor - Rules and regulations There are certain rules and regulations that need to be met for you to be able to become a sponsor. #1 - You must either own or co-own the link you are advertising. #2 - The link must not be something inappropriate. It doesn't have to be gaming-related, it just can't be a web-page with profanity or other inappropriate materials. *3 - You must layout your submission in the below manner (it can be done more creatively than this but you need to at least include all the details specified here). ~~~~~ NAME: Your name (and if you have a forum account, also include your username.) WEBSITE: A link to your website. SPONSOR BID: How much you are willing to pay to sponsor the project (in USD).
